COMMUNITY EVENTS OFFICER
Salary: £16k - £19k
As part of CSFT’s Project Delivery Team, this post exists to promote awareness of, and encourage community involvement in, projects and sites within the Central Scotland Forest.
Responsible to the Deputy Forest Implementation Manager for planning and promoting a programme of community events across the Forest area, the post holder will also contribute to the development of policies, strategies and programmes of cultural heritage and social inclusion at both a Forest-wide and more local level.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in a relevant subject, will have strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines. 3-4 years experience of events management is preferable.
The post involves some occasional evening and weekend work and flexible working. Candidates should also hold a clean UK driving licence and must have use of a motor vehicle.
